It is a composite eyeglass frame consisting of two woods, a Wenge and a White Yew or Spendan. This combination gives us a great exterior appearance and at the same time using the White Yew or Spendan as a base, we have a very sturdy (γερός) and elastic eyeglass frame.
Wood origin: Cameroon, Congo.
General Features: Its core is brown and dark. The sapwood is white to yellow.
Physical Properties: It is a hard wood, stable in calculus, moderately elastic with very difficult processing. It resists weather conditions and is resistant to fungal and insect attack.
